What is the cost?

Prices vary based on the background you select. You can check the pricing for your desired artwork on our Product Page.

How will the portrait be delivered?

Your portrait will be in digital format and emailed to you once it’s finished. After you approve the artwork, you’ll have the option to have it printed on a canvas for an additional cost.

What if I’m not satisfied with my portrait?

We offer a satisfaction guarantee, meaning we’ll make free revisions until you’re completely happy with your portrait!

Can I do whatever I want with my portrait?

Yes, absolutely! Your portrait is yours to use as you wish.

What quality should the photo I send be?

The higher the quality of the photo, the easier it will be for our artists to create a more accurate illustration. Don’t worry, if we need a better photo, we’ll contact you to ensure we get it just right.

Can I see a preview of my order before placing it?

Since our product is hand-drawn by real artists, we can’t provide a preview before you order. However, once the drawing is complete, you can request revisions until you are 100% satisfied.
